We aid her educational development through various programs such as provision of support through our sponsorship & welfare program, This offers each girl an opportunity to be educated. The level of illiteracy in Africa is high and this can be reduce through your giving. This will aid local community and national development, the human capital development of our selected nations. Mentoring & Coaching

A mentor is someone who offers their knowledge, expertise and advice to those with less experience. By leveraging their experience and skills, mentor's guide mentee's in the right direction.

A mentor helps mentee's consider opportunities for educational development, career growth, gain confidence and improve interpersonal skills. Mentee's are supported based on the mentor’s own experiences and learning’s, which makes them more reliable figures in the eyes of the mentees.

Mentoring helps mentee's explore their career options, set development goals, develop new contacts and help identify resources. In this way, a mentor can serve as a professional advisor and role model for the mentee's.

At HRI we are passionate about mentoring, training & coaching each girl to realise her potential. We are committed to seeing the transformation of each girl.

Pastoral Care
